左邊圓上的點,作等速率圓周運動,在y(鉛直)軸的投影為 正弦sin函數圖;做週期變化

而同樣的,我們若轉90度角來看在x軸的投影,便是cos函數圖,也是做週期變化;

以上即SHM(簡諧運動).
